# CamShare vs Old Photo Scanner

The clearest difference is update cadence: CamShare at every 6 days against Old Photo Scanner's every 2 weeks. CamShare also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CamShare sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Old Photo Scanner sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
