# Ayah vs UCNotes

The clearest difference is ads: UCNotes at none against Ayah's shown. On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ayah sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and UCNotes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ayah ships an update fortnightly, UCNotes weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
