# MaxStudy vs Spots

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: MaxStudy at 13.0 against Spots's 15.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MaxStudy sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Spots sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.95 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
