# AI Markdown Notes vs Write

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Write at none against AI Markdown Notes's 1. Write also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI Markdown Notes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Write asks for nothing beyond the download.
