# AB vs CCAR

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: AB at 15.1 against CCAR's 18.6. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AB sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and CCAR sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AB ships an update every 5 days, CCAR every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
