# MandoMaxxing vs PosterWords

The clearest difference is ads: MandoMaxxing at none against PosterWords's shown. MandoMaxxing also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). PosterWords's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MandoMaxxing sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and PosterWords sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MandoMaxxing ships an update every 2 months, PosterWords every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
