# EmailChat vs RedFlag

The clearest difference is update cadence: RedFlag at every 10 days against EmailChat's monthly. RedFlag also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EmailChat ships an update monthly, RedFlag every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on September 20, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
