# Thermometer vs Current

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Current at 80% against Thermometer's 17%. Current also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.0) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Thermometer's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and ratings volume (49 vs 14). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
