# JotScreen vs Note1

The clearest difference is update cadence: Note1 at every 2 weeks against JotScreen's every 3 months. Note1 also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. JotScreen sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Note1 sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

JotScreen ships an update every 3 months, Note1 every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
