# JotScreen vs Daymark

The clearest difference is update cadence: Daymark at every 8 days against JotScreen's every 3 months. Daymark also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. JotScreen sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Daymark sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for JotScreen against 5.0 for Daymark. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 1 respectively.

JotScreen ships an update every 3 months, Daymark every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
