# Kombinat4 vs Fields

The clearest difference is update cadence: Kombinat4 at every 3 days against Fields's every 6 weeks. Kombinat4 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Kombinat4 costs $7.99 and Fields $7.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Kombinat4 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 10 and 13 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Kombinat4's written reviews are positive against 73% of Fields's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kombinat4 ships an update every 3 days, Fields every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
