# VBClips vs HITTER

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: VBClips at none against HITTER's 1. VBClips also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). HITTER's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HITTER sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. VBClips asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for VBClips against 5.0 for HITTER. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HITTER has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

VBClips ships an update every 3 days, HITTER every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
