# AB vs CCAR

The clearest difference is ads: CCAR at none against AB's shown. CCAR also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). AB's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AB sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and CCAR sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AB ships an update every 3 weeks, CCAR every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
