# STRNTH vs RoundShift

The clearest difference is update cadence: RoundShift at every 2 days against STRNTH's every 5 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. STRNTH sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and RoundShift sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

STRNTH ships an update every 5 days, RoundShift every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 18, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
