Kine is a body-state dashboard for Apple Watch users. It reads heart rate, HRV, sleep, activity, energy expenditure, and other HealthKit data. Combined with live Apple Watch heart rate, Kine turns scattered signals into clear, actionable views of performance, recovery, body load, and training rhythm. With Kine, you can observe: • Current performance and body-load state • Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and activity trends • Live heart-rate feedback during workouts • Front-camera PPG pressure reference scans for personal trend observation • Nap detection and recovery prompts • High-load and overload signal reminders • 24-hour body-dynamics challenges with friends Kine is designed to organize health data into understandable state and trend signals. HealthKit data is processed on your device. The challenge feature uses CloudKit only for a randomized device ID, challenge status, and aggregated performance summaries. It does not upload raw HealthKit records, PPG waveforms, or complete health data. Kine does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency services. If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, persistent palpitations, or other serious symptoms, seek professional medical help immediately.
