# Typelet vs Temp Mail

The clearest difference is rating: Temp Mail at 5.0 against Typelet's 3.7. Temp Mail also leads on ratings volume (19 vs 3). Typelet's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 6 days vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Typelet sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Temp Mail sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Temp Mail holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Temp Mail has 19 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Typelet ships an update every 6 days, Temp Mail monthly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
