The hydration tracker you never open. Waterd uses Apple Intelligence on supported devices to set your daily water goal based on your activity, the weather, and how you've been hydrating this week — automatically, on-device, no cloud. On devices without Apple Intelligence, Waterd uses a built-in formula based on your weight, activity, and weather forecast. Then it gets out of your way. Tap your bottle from the Home Screen widget, the Lock Screen, the Dynamic Island, your Apple Watch, or a notification action. Each tap is one drink, logged in under five seconds. The app exists for weekly reflection, not daily logging. PREMIUM — three ways to unlock • Monthly — $1.99/month with a 7-day free trial • Yearly — $4.99/year • Lifetime — $7.99 one-time purchase All three unlock the same premium features: • Personalized daily hydration goals that account for your activity and the weather • Weekly insights that explain your hydration patterns in plain English • Runs entirely on-device where Apple Intelligence is available ZERO FRICTION • Home Screen interactive widgets • Lock Screen widgets and StandBy support • Apple Watch complications and Smart Stack widget • Live Activity in the Dynamic Island • Notification action buttons that log without opening the app PRIVATE BY DESIGN • All data stays on your device. No accounts, no email collection. • Apple Intelligence runs entirely on-device where available. • HealthKit-compatible. Your water intake syncs with Apple Health. • No tracking. No ads. No social feeds. HOW GOALS ARE CALCULATED Waterd suggests goals based on widely-cited references (National Academies of Sciences, Mayo Clinic, ACSM, CDC). Full sources and citations are inside the app under Settings → How goals are calculated, and from every screen where the goal is shown. Waterd is a general wellness app and is not a medical device. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Monthly and Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial. Free Water Tracker

Build a drinking habit that fits your training. Water Tracker: Frewli brings quick drink logs, a cheerful water buddy, and your daily progress into one simple view. Every feature is free. No paid plan or in-app purchase is needed. MAKE EVERY SIP COUNT Tap to log water, feel a little haptic feedback, and undo a mistaken sip. Choose a daily goal, celebrate when you reach it, and follow your hydration streak. LOG THE DRINKS YOU CHOOSE Record water, mineral or sparkling water, coffee, tea, milk or plant drinks, juice, soft drinks, sports or electrolyte drinks, energy drinks, and custom nonalcoholic drinks. Save favorites and edit a drink's amount, time, or composition in history. Caffeine is tracked separately using editable estimates or values from your drink label. Coffee and tea count toward recorded fluid intake. Frewli does not subtract their volume or automatically prescribe mineral supplements. Recorded drink volume is not a measurement of absorbed water or your body's hydration. BRING RECOVERY INTO TODAY See estimated fluid and sodium losses after a workout. Drinks logged on Today also count toward eligible recovery. Add known sodium from a food or electrolyte label, with optional water from the same serving. Fluid recovery can complete independently of the optional sodium guidance. KEEP TRAINING CONNECTED Import completed workouts from Apple Health or add them yourself. With permission, Frewli checks for recently completed Health workouts when you open the app. Browse your training history, see a workout summary, and return to Today to log a drink. Sweat calibration can help refine the estimates with pre-workout and post-workout weigh-ins. TAKE YOUR WATER BUDDY ALONG Check progress and log a sip on Apple Watch. Keep your goal nearby with Watch widgets and complications. Apple Health can import workouts and dietary water and save water or mineral water you log when you grant permission. Other drinks stay in Frewli. Completed Frewli workouts are not saved to Health. MAKE IT YOURS Follow weekly progress and daily check-ins. Enable hydration reminders and optional recovery reminders. Hydration reminders can arrive through remote push, with local reminders as a fallback. Find Apple Health connections, your personal plan, reminders, and science sources together in You. Use Frewli without email sign-in. Cloud sync can save your profile, drink logs, workouts, recovery, and preferences under an anonymous account. Optional email sign-in helps restore access on another device. Frewli provides wellness and fitness estimates. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor disease and does not provide medical-grade hydration monitoring. Questions or feedback: sebastianmraz@gmail.com
