# MIMA vs Reading Comprehension Kids

The clearest difference is update cadence: MIMA at every 2 weeks against Reading Comprehension Kids's every 2 months. MIMA also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MIMA sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $7.99 per month and Reading Comprehension Kids sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
