# State vs Streak

The clearest difference is update cadence: Streak at every 5 days against State's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. State sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Streak sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

State ships an update every 3 weeks, Streak every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
