# AMPD vs Golf Gear

The clearest difference is rating: AMPD at 5.0 against Golf Gear's 4.3. AMPD also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 7). Golf Gear's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 5 weeks) and ratings volume (127 vs 2). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
