# AMSA Chess vs Chess Snacks

The clearest difference is monetization model: AMSA Chess at free against Chess Snacks's free with in-app purchases. Chess Snacks's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AMSA Chess sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Chess Snacks sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
