# Quit vs Timeout

The clearest difference is device support: Quit at 3 against Timeout's 1. Quit also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Timeout sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Quit ships an update weekly, Timeout every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
