# Quit vs Focus

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focus at every 2 days against Quit's weekly. Quit's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Focus sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Quit ships an update weekly, Focus every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
