# Drift vs Beck

The clearest difference is rating: Beck at 4.7 against Drift's 4.0. Beck also leads on ratings volume (54 vs 1). Drift's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drift sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Beck sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Beck holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Beck has 54 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Drift ships an update every 9 days, Beck every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
