# Step Social vs StepHub

The clearest difference is update cadence: Step Social at every 3 days against StepHub's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Step Social sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and StepHub sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Step Social ships an update every 3 days, StepHub every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
