# Preevu Plastic vs Nose Job Simulator

The clearest difference is monetization model: Nose Job Simulator at free with in-app purchases against Preevu Plastic's subscription. Nose Job Simulator also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). Preevu Plastic's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Preevu Plastic sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month and Nose Job Simulator sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Preevu Plastic ships an update fortnightly, Nose Job Simulator every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
