# Klass vs Tutor Planner

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tutor Planner at every 2 days against Klass's every 3 months. Tutor Planner also leads on device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Klass sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Tutor Planner sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Klass ships an update every 3 months, Tutor Planner every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
