# Prom vs ArtForce

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Prom at 26 against ArtForce's 1. ArtForce's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs monthly) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ArtForce holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Prom has 26 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Prom ships an update monthly, ArtForce every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
