# Contracted vs LocRing

The clearest difference is ads: LocRing at none against Contracted's shown. LocRing also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Contracted's advantage is ratings volume (707 vs 1) and chart position (#80 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LocRing holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Contracted has 707 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
