# PushUps vs Flowxp

The clearest difference is ads: PushUps at none against Flowxp's shown. Flowxp's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PushUps sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.29 per month and Flowxp sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
