# FocusCheck vs Mind Refresh

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mind Refresh at every 11 days against FocusCheck's monthly. Mind Refresh also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FocusCheck sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Mind Refresh sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FocusCheck ships an update monthly, Mind Refresh every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
