Sweetspot Check-In lets golf club staff check players in at the first tee in seconds. Built for starters, reception teams and marshals, it replaces the printed tee sheet with a live view of today's play, so you always know who has arrived, who is still to come, and how play is moving on the course. CHECK PLAYERS IN • A rolling feed of today's tee times, with the next group always at the top • Check in one player, or a whole group with a single tap • Mark no-shows, and undo a mistake instantly • Search to find any player by name SEE THE WHOLE DAY AT A GLANCE • Live counts of who is checked in, still to come, and marked as a no-show • Separate figures per course for clubs with more than one course • Export the day's no-shows to share with the office KEEP PLAY MOVING • Log where a group is on the course when you meet them out on the round • See at a glance whether a group is ahead, on pace, or behind • Set the target round time and the number of holes for each course BOOKING NOTES • Add a note to any booking: lunch after the round, a buggy request, or anything the next colleague needs to know • All of today's notes in one place, with the author and the time MADE FOR LIFE AT THE TEE • Member or guest status, home club and handicap, at a glance • Designed for one-handed use on iPhone, outdoors • Available in English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, French, Spanish and Polish ACCESS Sweetspot Check-In is a companion app for golf facilities that use the Sweetspot platform. Signing in requires an existing Sweetspot staff account; the app does not offer separate registration. If your club already uses Sweetspot, ask your club administrator for access.
