# Lucid vs Clic Camera

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lucid at every 10 days against Clic Camera's every 4 weeks. Clic Camera's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lucid sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Clic Camera sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lucid ships an update every 10 days, Clic Camera every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
