# Stepple vs Cudex

The clearest difference is update cadence: Cudex at every 5 days against Stepple's every 2 weeks. Stepple's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stepple sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Cudex sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stepple ships an update every 2 weeks, Cudex every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
