# TOMO vs 友達トーク

The clearest difference is update cadence: TOMO at every 2 days against 友達トーク's every 5 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TOMO sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and 友達トーク sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TOMO ships an update every 2 days, 友達トーク every 5 days. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
