# FlashGenius vs Flashy

The clearest difference is ads: Flashy at none against FlashGenius's shown. On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FlashGenius sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month and Flashy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FlashGenius ships an update monthly, Flashy every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
