# Amazing Notes vs Note Prime

The clearest difference is ads: Amazing Notes at none against Note Prime's shown. Note Prime's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Amazing Notes sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $15.00 per year and Note Prime sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Amazing Notes ships an update every 2 months, Note Prime weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
