# Codexex vs AI Session Meter

The clearest difference is monetization model: Codexex at free against AI Session Meter's paid. AI Session Meter's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Codexex ships an update every 2 weeks, AI Session Meter every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
