# Dear World vs 2Connect

The clearest difference is ads: Dear World at none against 2Connect's shown. Dear World also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dear World sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and 2Connect sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dear World ships an update every 4 days, 2Connect fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
