# Block Puzzle vs Gemz!

The clearest difference is update cadence: Gemz! at every 3 days against Block Puzzle's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Block Puzzle sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Gemz! sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Block Puzzle ships an update every 3 weeks, Gemz! every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
