# MessageFuture vs Then

The clearest difference is update cadence: Then at weekly against MessageFuture's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MessageFuture sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Then sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MessageFuture ships an update fortnightly, Then weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
