# Manifest vs ProgramU

The clearest difference is update cadence: Manifest at every 2 days against ProgramU's weekly. ProgramU's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Manifest sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and ProgramU sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Manifest ships an update every 2 days, ProgramU weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
