# NetFlow X vs NetBar

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: NetFlow X at none against NetBar's 1. NetBar's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.2). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NetBar sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. NetFlow X asks for nothing beyond the download.

NetFlow X ships an update every 3 months, NetBar every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
