# Sunadokei vs Scheme

The clearest difference is ads: Scheme at none against Sunadokei's shown. Scheme also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sunadokei sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Scheme sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sunadokei ships an update every 5 weeks, Scheme every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
