# Simple Rituals vs Dots

The clearest difference is update cadence: Simple Rituals at weekly against Dots's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Simple Rituals sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dots sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Simple Rituals ships an update weekly, Dots every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
