# Snippet vs Ivory Note

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ivory Note at every 2 days against Snippet's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Snippet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Ivory Note sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Snippet ships an update every 2 months, Ivory Note every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
