Store and access your most important records — passports, visas, residence permits, health cards, certificates, financial documents, and more — without ever sending a single byte to a server. Everything lives on your iPhone. No accounts. No cloud sync. No data harvesting. Just fast, local access to the documents your family needs. FREE TO START Download Avocadoc free and keep up to 3 documents for 1 family member, with every core feature included — camera scanning, on-device OCR search, wallet and dossier layouts, the home screen widget, and Face ID protection. AVOCADOC PRO One single purchase — never a subscription — unlocks: • Unlimited documents • Unlimited family members • Expiry reminders 30, 7, and 1 day before a document runs out Pay once, keep it forever. Still no account, still no cloud. BUILT FOR FAMILIES Add each family member and assign documents to them. Filter your library instantly by person to find exactly what you need — whether it's your partner's residence permit or your child's health card. SCAN OR IMPORT Bring documents in from the camera scanner, your photo library, or Files. Avocadoc handles images and PDFs equally, keeping every page intact, searchable, and easy to import. SEARCH WITHOUT COMPROMISE OCR runs entirely on-device using Apple's Vision framework. Every scanned document becomes searchable — find any word across your entire library without anything leaving your phone. WALLET AND DOSSIER LAYOUTS Switch between a compact card view for quick presentation and a full dossier view to review every detail and page of a document. FACE ID PROTECTION Lock the app behind Face ID or Touch ID to keep your family's sensitive records private, even if your phone is shared. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Avocadoc has no backend. There is no account to create, no server to trust, and no analytics tracking your usage. Your documents stay exactly where you put them — on your device.

No ads. Folio doesn't collect the content of your notes, todos, photos, files, or saved places. Your content stays on your device, in your own iCloud with Folio Pro, or with people you choose to share a note with. AI Enhance runs on your device using Apple Intelligence. Folio does not send your writing to an AI server. Apple Intelligence requires a supported device and must be enabled and available. Anonymous usage analytics help us improve Folio. They're on by default and include app opens, feature usage, and error codes, never your content. Turn them off in Settings to stop collection and delete the analytics already collected from your install.
