# DeltaBook vs Pre

The clearest difference is update cadence: DeltaBook at weekly against Pre's monthly. DeltaBook also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DeltaBook sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $11.99 per month and Pre sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DeltaBook ships an update weekly, Pre monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
