# Widgetify vs Aura

The clearest difference is rating: Widgetify at 4.1 against Aura's 3.6. Widgetify also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 33%) and ratings volume (38 vs 8). Aura's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Widgetify sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Aura sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Widgetify holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 38 and 8 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of Widgetify's written reviews are positive against 33% of Aura's.
