# FastTrack vs AI Journaling

The clearest difference is ads: FastTrack at none against AI Journaling's shown. FastTrack also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.2). AI Journaling's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FastTrack sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and AI Journaling sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
